Shift Change. Where employees are assigned mid-week to work a non-day shift (whether due to emergencies or a shift change) and as a result lose a shift in the regular work week, such employees will be paid six (6) hours for such loss of earnings.

Shift Change. The Company shall give the employee forty-eight (48) hours' notice prior to changing of shifts.
Shift Change. An employee who normally works a regular day shift shall not be required to work any other shift without the employee's consent, but such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. An employee shall have no right to refuse shift work where the job description specifies shift work as a requirement.

Shift Change. A weekend worker may, with one (1) weeks advance notice, request a full weekend shift change with another weekend worker or with an in-week worker. Such request will not be unreasonably denied.
Shift Change. 8.03(a) Where the regular day, afternoon or night shift of a Shift Worker is to be changed, the employee shall be given forty-eight (48) hours notice of such change.
