CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT. Under Section 231.006 of the Texas Family Code, Counsel certifies that the individual or business entity named in this Contract is not ineligible to receive payment under this Contract and Counsel acknowledges that this Contract may be terminated and payment may be withheld if this certification is inaccurate.
CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT. 7 In order to comply with child support enforcement requirements of the County of Orange, 8 CONTRACTOR shall execute and abide by the “Child Support Enforcement Provision” (for profit only 9 providers) attached hereto as Exhibit “I” and incorporated herein by this reference within thirty (30) days 10 of award of contract. Failure of CONTRACTOR to timely submit the data and/or certifications required above or to comply with all federal and state reporting requirements for child support enforcement or to comply with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment shall constitute a 13 material breach of this Agreement. Failure to cure such breach within sixty (60) days of notice from COUNTY shall constitute grounds for termination of this Agreement.
CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT. GRANTEE agrees to cooperate with ODJFS and any child support enforcement agency in ensuring that GRANTEE and its employees meet child support obligations established by state and federal law including present and future compliance with any court or valid administrative order for the withholding of support issued pursuant to the applicable sections of ORC Chapters 3119, 3121, 3123, and 3125.
CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT. Provider agrees to cooperate with ODJFS and any Ohio Child Support Enforcement Agency (“CSEA”) in ensuring Provider and Provider's employees meet child support obligations established under state or federal law. Further, by executing this Agreement, Provider certifies present and future compliance with any court or valid administrative order for the withholding of support which is issued pursuant to the applicable sections in ORC Chapters 3119, 3121, 3123, and 3125.
CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT. In order to comply with child support enforcement requirements of the County of Orange, Licensee agrees to furnish Director of OC Parks, County’s standard form District Attorney Child Support Enforcement Certification Requirements, which includes the following information.
CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT. 18.6.1. At all times during the term of this Lease, Tenant shall comply with all County, State and Federal reporting requirements for child support enforcement and comply with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment.
CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT. (Blank Form Exhibit 1, County of Orange Child Support Enforcement) In order to comply with child support enforcement requirements of the County, within ten (10) days of execution of the Contract, Contractor agrees to furnish CEO/IT Deputy Purchasing Agent with the completed Exhibit 1, County of Orange Child Support Certification Form, including the following information and certification:
CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT. CONTRACTOR agrees to cooperate with FCDJFS, ODJFS, and any child support enforcement agency in ensuring that CONTRACTOR and the employees of CONTRACTOR meet child support obligations established under state or federal law. Further, by executing this Contract, CONTRACTOR certifies present and future compliance with any court or valid administrative order for the withholding of support that is issued pursuant to the applicable sections in ORC Chapters 3119, 3121, 3123. The CONTRACTOR further agrees that it will include a similar provision in any subcontract, secondary contract agreement, or award issued by that entity for the performance of duties related to this contract.
CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT. Consultant agrees to cooperate with HCJFS in ensuring that Consultant Employees meet child support obligations established under state law. Consultant certifies present and future compliance with any order for the withholding of child support that is issued pursuant to Sections 3113.21 and 3113.214 of the Ohio Revised Code.
CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT. Subrecipient agrees to cooperate with the LCDPD and any Ohio Child Support Enforcement Agency (CSEA) in ensuring employees of Subrecipient meets child support obligations established under state law.
