Perimeter Fencing. Subject to Landlord's prior approval of all plans and specifications, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, Landlord shall permit Tenant to install and maintain, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, perimeter fencing within the Project. At Tenant's election, such fencing may be installed around the perimeter of the entire Project and/or around the perimeter of any of the Buildings and/or group of contiguous Buildings within the Project. Landlord's approval of Tenant's proposed fencing may be conditioned upon Tenant complying with such reasonable requirements imposed by Landlord based upon the advice of Landlord's structural and mechanical engineers, so that the Project's systems and equipment are not adversely affected. The installation of such fencing shall be done in compliance with Applicable Laws. Any repairs and maintenance of such fencing shall be the sole responsibility of Tenant. Unless Landlord otherwise notifies Tenant in writing that Landlord will not require Tenant to remove such fencing upon the expiration or earlier termination of the Lease, such fencing shall be removed by Tenant upon the expiration or earlier termination of the Lease, and Tenant shall repair damage resulting from such removal as necessary to restore the affected portions of the Project to substantially the same condition as existed prior to Tenant’s installation of the fencing.
Perimeter Fencing. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Parking to install fencing with privacy screening to encompass the parking area that will be subject to license agreement.
Perimeter Fencing. A 6-foot fence shall be constructed along the all perimeters of the site with the exception of the areas along Cottonwood Drive. If a double fence condition will result, then the developer shall make a good faith effort to work with the adjoining property owners to provide a single fence. Developer shall notify, by mail, all contiguous property owners at least 30 days prior to the removal of any existing walls/fences along the project’s perimeter. The final design of any perimeter walls, landscaping and sidewalks shall be included in the required landscape plans and shall be subject to review and approval by the Community Development Director and City Engineer.
Perimeter Fencing. Walls, fencing or similar structures, if any, constructed or installed within the General or Limited Common Elements for the purpose of screening the Project from adjacent properties.

Perimeter Fencing. The Owner/Developer herein establishes and reserves for subsequent conveyance to the Homeowners’ Association to be formed pursuant to Section IV, a perpetual exclusive easement to erect and maintain fencing, walls and landscaping along the boundaries of the Subdivision adjacent to East 101st Street South (New Orleans) within the fence easements depicted on the accompanying Plat as “F&L/E”.
Perimeter Fencing. Lessee agrees to maintain appropriate perimeter fencing of the site and agrees to hold the Lessor harmless from any liability as a result of litter, debris, etc. filtering and/or blowing off the property which may result from the operation of the site. Lessee shall provide regular maintenance and removal of debris, litter, ect., on and off of the Transfer Station Parcel which may result from the operation of the site.
