Fences definition

Fences means structures which are designed primarily to partially or wholly enclose a lot or a portion thereof. A hedge consisting of a row of closely planted trees, shrubs or bushes shall be considered a fence.
Fences means a physical barrier constructed from typical building material for the purpose of providing privacy and/or preventing unauthorized access;
