Limited Common Elements. Limited Common Elements shall be subject to assignment and reassignment in accordance with Section 39 of the Act and in furtherance of the rights to subdivide, consolidate or relocate boundaries described in this Article VI.

Limited Common Elements. Each Unit may have, to the extent applicable and subject to the provisions of this Declaration, as Limited Common Elements appurtenant thereto:
Limited Common Elements. The Limited Common Elements shall be subject to the exclusive use and enjoyment of the Co-owner or Co-owners of the Unit or Units which the Limited Common Elements are appurtenant. The Limited Common Elements are as follows:
