City Engineer. The person or firm designated by the City Council as the engineer for the City of Dripping Springs, Texas.
City Engineer. The City Engineer, or the City employee representing the City Engineer, designated in the Agreement and authorized to represent the City, or
City Engineer. The City Engineer for the City of Sioux Falls or his or her authorized representative.
City Engineer. The person or firm designated by the City Council as the wastewater engineer for the City.
City Engineer. The City Engineer of the City of Pismo Beach, acting either directly or through properly authorized agents, such agents acting within the scope of the particular duties delegated to them.
City Engineer. [CITY will make periodic payment to CONSULTANT upon billing at intervals not more often than monthly at the rates specified in the schedule of fees included herein, provided that no xxxx/invoice submitted to CITY shall exceed a percentage of the Contract price equivalent to the percentage of the scope of services completed by CONSULTANT to the satisfaction of the

City Engineer. The engineer employed by the City, or the engineers retained as consultants to the City, or their duly authorized representative.
City Engineer. The Corpus Christi City Engineer and/or his designated representative as identified at the preconstruction conference or in the Notice to Proceed.
