Travel Status. Employees eligible for relocation expenses pursuant to Section 1 shall be considered to be in travel status up to a maximum of ninety (90) calendar days and shall be allowed standard travel expenses, by mutual agreement of the Appointing Authority and the employee, either to: 1) be lodged at their new work station and to return to their original work station once a week; or 2) travel between their original work station and their new work station on a daily basis. Standard travel expenses for the employee's spouse shall be borne by the Appointing Authority for a maximum of two (2) trips not to exceed a total of seven (7) calendar days during the ninety (90) calendar day period.
Travel Status. The following class of employees, under the stated conditions, shall be entitled to the current meal allowance and accommodation reimbursement, or the current private accommodation allowance in lieu of accommodation reimbursement:

At the discretion of the Agency, the 90 calendar days period may be extended up to an additional 90 calendar days. Standard travel expenses for the employee's spouse shall be borne by the Agency for a maximum of two (2) trips not to exceed a total of seven (7) calendar days. Employees receiving reimbursement under this section shall not receive mileage reimbursement for daily commuting to work from the temporary residence, however, they may be reimbursed for “local miles” driven while searching for a new residence.
Travel Status. Supervisors eligible for relocation expenses pursuant to Section 1 shall be considered to be in travel status up to a maximum of ninety (90) calendar days or until the date of the move to the new permanent residence, whichever comes first, and shall be allowed standard travel expenses, at the Appointing Authority's discretion, either to:
Travel Status. A bargaining unit member shall be considered in travel status from the time an authorized trip begins until it ends. For purposes of interpretation, travel status will begin and end when the bargaining unit member leaves and returns to his/her immediate work station if travel begins and ends during assigned working hours, or when the bargaining unit member leaves and returns to his/her home if travel begins and ends outside assigned working hours.
Travel Status. Travel by an employee, outside the College region on College business, where authorization for such travel has been requested in advance on the appropriate form, and approved by the College.

Travel Status. Employees who are required to travel away from their seniority block are entitled to the current rates as follows:
