Overtime for Shift. Workers Employees working on a shift basis will be paid overtime according to Article 29. Where such overtime runs contiguous with evening or night shift, the hourly rate for computation of overtime will be used, and, the proper shift differential for the number of hours worked will be added after the calculation of overtime pay is made.

Overtime for Shift. Workers For all employees engaged on shiftwork or continuous shift work, all time worked in excess of the rostered shift will be considered as overtime, and will be paid for at double time rates.

Provided that for shifts, the major portion of which falls on a Sunday or a public holiday, all overtime shall be paid at the rate of double time.   • Overtime Meals When employees are required to work more than two (2) hours beyond their regular work days, the Employer will provide hot meals at no cost to the employees, up to a maximum of sixteen dollars ($16.00) (receipts to be submitted) plus paid meal periods of one-half (1/2) hour at the prevailing rate and thereafter at four (4) hour intervals. Any early morning start before regular starting time is entitled to a paid meal. The breakfast limit is thirteen dollars ($13.00) (receipts to be submitted). Employees called out on overtime shall be paid for meals as above, after four (4) hours work.

  • Overtime for Part Time Employees Part-time employees working less than seven (7) hours per day, and who are required to work in excess of their regularly scheduled hours, shall be paid at the rate of straight-time for the hours so worked up to and including seven (7) hours in the working day. Regular overtime rates would apply after seven (7) hours in the day and for all work performed on Statutory holidays and days off designated by the College. Any employee working more than thirty-five (35) hours in a week shall receive overtime after the thirty-five (35) hours.

  • Overtime Meal Employees requested to work more than two (2) hours overtime after completion of their regular shift, will be given one-half (1/2) hour on Company time to eat their lunch and will be given seven dollars ($7.00) meal money.

  • Overtime Overtime will begin to accrue after sixty (60) hours in a two (2) week period averaged over the scheduling period determined by the local parties. Overtime will apply if the employee works in excess of the normal daily hours. Payment for overtime is as in Article 16.01.
