Overscaled Employees/Hourly Rates of Pay. Employees whose hourly rate of pay exceeds the top hourly rate of pay for the job level they are working in shall not have their hourly rate of pay reduced and in addition, shall receive the same increases that are provided to other employees working in their job level whenever such increases become effective. Each such employee shall remain overscaled until such time as they are no longer employed by the Employer or until such time as they have been permanently assigned to a job level that provides for an hourly rate of pay that exceeds the overscaled hourly rate of pay that was being paid to them.
