Articles of means the articles of association of the Company;Association"
Articles of. Organization” is defined in Corporations Code Section 17001(b) as applied to this Company.

Articles of. Organization" of the Company means the Articles of Organization filed with the Division of Corporations and Commercial Code of the State of Utah, pursuant to the Utah Limited Liability Company Act to form the Company, as originally executed and as amended, modified, supplemented or restated from time to time, as the context requires.
