Other Support Services. Support or maintenance of the Licensed Product(s) beyond any warranty coverage described in Section 17 (“Warranties”) if any, shall be provided under a separate contractual agreement.
Other Support Services. From time-to-time during the term of this Agreement, Company may request Contractor to perform other support services. In connection with the performance of any other support services, Company shall specify the services that Company desires Contractor to perform. Contractor shall notify the Company within five (5) working days after receipt of Company’s request of their intent to provide the requested service. If Contractor intends to provide the requested service, Contractor shall furnish Company the estimated time schedule to implement or complete the services and the estimated cost to the Company. All prices and scheduled delivery quantities and times will be detailed in a Purchase Order issued by Company to Contractor.
Other Support Services. Parent will provide other administrative support services to Company as needed or required by Company.
Other Support Services. From time-to-time during the term of this Agreement, Company may request Contractor to perform Other Support Services such as but not limited to the purchase of assembly Materials, previously consigned by Company, and the drop shipment of Product to Company customers. In connection with the performance of any Other Support Services, Company shall specify the services which Company desires Contractor to perform. Contractor shall notify the Company within five (5) working days of their intent to provide the requested service. If Contractor intends to provide the requested service, Contractor shall furnish Company the estimated time schedule to implement or complete the services and the estimated cost to the Company, which, if a modification to the cost of the Product, will be a change to Schedule A. All prices and deliverables to be furnished by the Contractor with respect to such services shall be mutually agreed to in writing by Company and Contractor.
Other Support Services. Provide support services including, but not limited to, reviewing biological documentation for legal sufficiency, providing reviews of reports of environmental services, managing environmental data, and other tasks related to completing environmental review of the State’s transportation projects.

Other Support Services. 11.9.1 The Company shall ensure that medical services are available on site and with Inuktitut interpretive services if so required, to ensure the health and safety of all Inuit employees. The Company will co-operate where practicable as a responsible employer with Inuit employees who must coordinate with community medical facilities to ensure their necessary medications are available to them.

CSAC shall reimburse Employee(s) for all travel and other miscellaneous expenses incurred by the Employee(s), upon submission of an expense report approved by an authorized Board of Directors member or authorized representative. The Entities shall reimburse CSAC for such costs in accordance with Section 8.
Other Support Services. NCM LLC shall provide other reasonable supporting services for NCM Inc. including: management, sales, marketing, advertisement production, distribution, information technology, human resources, and legal supporting services on the same or similar terms as such services are provided to NCM LLC.
