Examples of Requested Service in a sentence

  • The Licensee shall not cease to provide, or materially alter the specification or means of provision of, any Commissioner Requested Service otherwise than in accordance with the following paragraphs of this Condition.

  • A direction in accordance with this paragraph is a direction that the Licensee’s refusal to provide a service as a Commissioner Requested Service in response to a request made under paragraph 3(b) is unreasonable.

  • If the specification or means of provision of a Commissioner Requested Service is altered as provided in paragraph 3 the Licensee, within [28] days of the alteration, shall give to Monitor notice in writing of the occurrence of the alteration with a summary of its nature.

  • Order Supplement Charges apply when a change of the Requested Service Date is requested by customer.

  • The Company will assess a lower monthly rate for Customer Requested Service Suspension as noted below.

  • Obligation to Take Requested Service If the Customer requests service be rendered under this service classification and if such gas when offered is not used by the Customer, the Customer will be subject to being charged a per therm rate equivalent to the difference between the average gas costs as shown in the then current BGSS Charge and the actual gas cost for all therms unsold by the Gas Company under this service classification during the applicable BGSS Charge period.
