Move In / Move Out. If the Start Date is a Regular Business Day, you will be entitled to move into the Office Space no earlier than 11:00 a.m. on the Start Date, provided you have complied with the payment obligations described in Section 5(a). If the Start Date is not a Regular Business Day, you will be entitled to move into the Office Space no earlier than 11:00 a.m. on the first Regular Business Day after the Start Date. On the last Regular Business Day of the Termination Effective Month (defined below), you must vacate the Office Space by no later than 4:00 p.m.

Move In / Move Out. Before moving out, a student is required to remove all refuse, remove all personal possessions, return lofted or bunked beds to their lowest height, and leave the room or apartment clean. Charges for additional cleaning required, removal of personal property, or for any damage or loss of University property, normal wear and tear excepted, will be billed to the student(s).
Move In / Move Out. Landlord agrees that Tenant shall not be charged for use of elevators, electricity, HVAC (during normal business hours) or other utilities during Tenant’s move-in to the Premises nor Tenant’s move-out from the Premises upon expiration or earlier termination of this Lease.

Move In / Move Out. Tenant has examined the Premises, is satisfied with the physical condition thereof, and acknowledges that the premises are in a fit and habitable condition and that there is no damage of any type to the premises except as may otherwise be reported to Landlord in writing within Forty-eight (48) hours after receiving possession of the premises. Upon termination of this Agreement, Tenant prom- ises to surrender the Premises to Landlord in the same condition as when the lease term commenced, reasonable wear and tear excepted. In accordance with A.R.S. 33-1321 (C), TENANTS ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT THEY MAY BE PRESENT AT THE MOVE-OUT INSPECTION.
Move In / Move Out. Tenant(s) shall notify Landlord or Manager in writing of intention to terminate Rental Agreement at least thirty (30) days prior to the end of a rental period. Resident manager has proper forms for notification. Tenant(s) shall be responsible and liable for the actions of his or her mover for any damage to the Park, including, but not limited to, damage to landscaping, fencing, sprinklers, lighting, and water and septic hookups. The Landlord or Park manager is to be given a written notice of when the tenant(s) home is to be moved so that the Landlord can be present for the move in or move out. All new move-ins must have their set up, steps, skirting, awnings, etc. completed within 15 days or less. The set up of the home including steps, hooks-up etc. must adhere to all Safety Codes and Regulations. All costs related to home set up and connections are the responsibility of the Tenant. Upon the completion of set up of mobile home it is understood that Landlord, at his sole discretion, shall provide Tenant with a list outlining any details or deficiencies Landlord deems necessary regarding any health, safety or appearance issues of the home. Such items may include but not be limited to: deficiencies in the front and rear steps, hand railings, awnings, appropriate window coverings, skirting, painting or any other aspects regarding the appearance of the home. Tenant shall have 15 days to correct any such deficiencies or appearance issues. If the home is moved out of the Park, there will be a $150.00 charge to disconnect the water meter and associated wiring and hardware from the home, with work to be performed by a Park employee or agent.
Move In / Move Out. In the event ONG is required to remove its equipment and crews from the work site after commencement of work and prior to completion thereof due to an act or omission of Applicant, Applicant shall reimburse ONG for the associated costs of same. This fee shall be paid by Applicant for each additional move in/move out required of ONG.

Move In / Move Out. The Tenants agree to permit the University to determine the move-in and move-out schedule for the Tenant Facilities as part of the move-in and move-out process for all of the On-Campus Student Housing (“Move-In/Move-Out”). This schedule shall include, but not be limited to, the dates and times that Student Residents of the Tenant Facilities may move into the building, traffic plans to manage the Move-in/Move-out process and temporary parking options for loading and unloading. The Tenants further agree to participate in Move-in/Move-out events hosted by the University. The costs of Move-in/Move- Out shall be borne by the University; provided that the Tenants will contribute a fixed annual amount equal to $100,000 towards such expenses (“Tenant’s Move-In/Move-Out Contribution”); provided, further, that Landlord and the Tenants agree that the Tenants’ Move- In/Move-Out Contribution shall not increase without the prior written consent of the Tenants, which may be granted or withheld in the Tenants’ sole and absolute discretion.
Move In / Move Out. All move-in and move-out times shall be coordinated with and approved by EPC.
