Water Meter. The water meter for the dwelling is not included in the Purchase Price and the Purchaser shall be required to pay or reimburse the Vendor as an Adjustment on the Closing Date for the cost, or charge for, water service, water meter and/or installation or connection thereof, as outlined in the TARION Schedule "O-B" attached hereto.

Water Meter. 1. Water meter and piping shall be furnished and installed in accordance with the Town of Bedford, Massachusetts' requirements.
Water Meter. Seller agrees to see that each lot in the Project (including the Lot), regardless of the size of the lot, will get one 5/8" water meter issued by the County. The cost of the water meter for the Lot (the "Water Meter Fee") will be paid entirely by Buyer at Closing. The amount of the Water Meter Fee to be paid by Buyer will be the County's published rate at Closing for a 5/8" water meter. If Buyer determines that the Lot needs an additional water meter and/or a water meter of a different size, then Buyer shall be solely responsible for obtaining and paying for such additional or different water meter. Seller makes no representations or assurances whatsoever that any such additional or different water meter will be available for the Lot.
Water Meter. Tenant will keep the meter and any supply equipment in good order and repair. Tenant will pay for all water consumed at the Leased Premises, as well as all charges, fees and deposits required to be paid by the utility supplying water and sewer service. In addition, Tenant will pay to Landlord any sewer rent or charge or any other tax, rent, levy or charge imposed in connection with Tenants’ use, consumption or supply of water, water system, or sewerage connection or system. If any sewer or water rent, charge, tax or levy is imposed against the Leased Premises, Tenant will pay the full amount thereof.
Water Meter. Consumer shall be responsible for any water meter damage other than ordinary wear.
Water Meter. Buyer is aware that a water meter must be purchased and installed at their expense prior to their occupancy. The Seller or HOA will not fund the meter nor the installation of the meter. Once the meter is installed, water and septic usage rates will apply. Water Meter. Within ninety (90) days after the Closing Date, Seller will install at the Property, at Seller’s cost and expense, a ¾ inch water meter for City of Xxxx Day water service.
Water Meter. Tenant shall, as part of Tenant's Work, install a water meter measuring Tenant's water consumption for all purposes, including the operation of the HVAC Unit. Tenant shall keep said meter and installation equipment in good working order and repair at Tenant's expense. Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, pay for the water shown on such meters directly to the utility company or governmental authority furnishing water to the demised premises.
