Water Meter. Tenant must install its line extension with a water meter and electronic readout (connected to the base building DDC system per Landlord’s specifications) easily accessible to Landlord. Sub-meter specifications are to be approved by Landlord.
Water Meter. Water meter and piping shall be furnished and installed in accordance with the requirements of the local municipal service provider.

Said meter may be a sub-meter from the meter installed by the Utility Supplier serving the said Premises, if there is more than one (1) tenant in the building.
Water Meter. Consumer shall be responsible for any water meter damage other than ordinary wear.
Water Meter. The water meter provided by the Board is guaranteed for a period of 1(one) year from the date of fixing. Within this period mal functioning of the meter will be replaced by the Board free of cost (This guarantee is provided for mal functioning of the meter only; physical damage is not within the purview of the guarantee). For damage or mal functioning of the meter after the expiry of the guarantee period, the cost of the meter will have to be born by the consumer for its replacement, at the rate prevailing during that time. If the meter is found damaged or tempered by the consumer after physical verification penalty will be charged double the prevailing cost of meter of the Board.
Water Meter. Water meters shall be measured on an individual basis on the number of each size meter acceptably installed.
Water Meter. The Land Holder must;
(a) not take any water whether or not it is Scheme Water from a Connection Point unless the water passes through the Approved Water Meter for that Connection Point;
(b) not tamper with or manipulate that Approved Water Meter; and
(c) ensure that the Water Entity has such access to land as is necessary to allow the reading, inspection and testing of that Approved Water Meter.
Water Meter. Tenant shall, as part of Tenant's Work, install a water meter measuring Tenant's water consumption for all purposes, including the operation of the HVAC Unit. Tenant shall keep said meter and installation equipment in good working order and repair at Tenant's expense. Tenant shall, at its sole cost and expense, pay for the water shown on such meters directly to the utility company or governmental authority furnishing water to the demised premises.
