Other Utilities. Subject to Landlord’s reasonable rules and regulations governing the same, Tenant shall obtain and pay, as and when due, for all other utilities and services consumed in and/or furnished to the Premises, together with all taxes, penalties, surcharges and maintenance charges pertaining thereto.
Other Utilities. Each Unit Owner shall be solely responsible for all Utility Charges with respect to the Utility Services that are provided to its Unit on a metered basis and shall pay the respective Utility Service Providers such Utility Charges when due and payable.
Other Utilities. Tenant shall be responsible for the payment of all other utilities consumed by Tenant in the Premises, including telephone, cable, other communications, and gas (if applicable). Tenant shall pay for such consumption directly to the provider of such utilities.

Other Utilities. Subject to the Agency approval, the Company may be allowed to have other utilities installed in the right-of-way to serve its facilities per the Regulation.
Other Utilities. The City will provide solid waste and recycling services within the District for the same rates, in the same manner, on the same terms and conditions, and subject to the same regulations and ordinances, as amended, that the City provides solid waste and recycling services to other customers inside its corporate limits. The District will have no liability for charges for such services except for charges for services provided to the District, if any. The Developer will have the right to select the providers of cable television, gas, telephone, telecommunications, and all other utilities and services, or to provide “bundled” utilities within the Land.
Other Utilities. Subject to approval from the Landlord, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, the Tenant, at its sole cost and expense, shall have right to introduce into the Premises such other utilities as it may be deem necessary for the conduct of its business. The Tenant shall pay the cost of all such other utilities directly to the applicable utility supplier.

Other Utilities. Except for electricity, domestic water and --------------- sewer services as provided herein and included in Operating Costs, Tenant shall be solely responsible and shall pay separately for all charges for telephone and for any other utilities used in the Premises.
Other Utilities. Developer shall provide fifteen foot (15’) public utility easements behind rear face of curb along all platted streets in the subdivision for the placement of “shallow” utilities (natural gas, electrical, telephone and cable television). Pursuant to Title 16 of the Xxxxxxx Municipal Code, all utilities shall be placed underground and utility stubs shall be provided from mains and/or laterals to lots within the subdivision prior to completion of finished road surfaces.
