Removal of Personal Property. All articles of personal property owned by Tenant or installed by Tenant at its expense in the Premises (including business and trade fixtures, furniture and movable partitions) shall be, and remain, the property of Tenant, and shall be removed by Tenant from the Premises, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, on or before the expiration or sooner termination of this Lease. Tenant shall repair any damage caused by such removal.
Removal of Personal Property. All property of Tenant removed from the Premises by Landlord pursuant to any provisions of this Lease or of law may be handled, removed or stored by Landlord at the cost and expense of Tenant, and Landlord in no event shall be responsible for the value, preservation or safekeeping thereof. Tenant shall pay Landlord for all expenses incurred by Landlord in such removal and storage charges against such property as long as the same is in Landlord's possession or under Landlord's control. All such property not removed from the Premises or retaken from storage by Tenant within thirty (30) days after the end of the Term, however terminated, at Landlord's option, shall be conclusively deemed to have been conveyed by Tenant to Landlord as by xxxx of sale without further payment or credit by Landlord to Tenant.
Removal of Personal Property. At the termination of this permit, Permittee shall remove all of its personal property from the premises and return the premises to its condition existing at the commencement of this permit. On termination, if Permittee fails to return the Premises to its condition existing at the commencement of this Permit, Permittee agrees to pay to the City on demand, all costs incurred by City to return and restore the Premises to its original condition. Removal of Personal Property. Tenant agrees that as at the date of termination of this Lease or repossession of the Premises by Landlord, by way of default or otherwise, it shall remove all personal property to which it has the right to ownership pursuant to the terms of this Lease. Tenant acknowledges Landlord’s need to relet the Premises upon termination of this Lease or repossession of the Premises and understands that the forfeitures and waivers provided herein are necessary to aid said reletting, and to prevent Landlord incurring a loss for inability to deliver the Premises to a prospective Tenant.
Removal of Personal Property. Upon termination of this Agreement, the Resident, Resident’s designated individuals, Resident’s estate or other representative must vacate and remove all of resident’s effects and property from the Unit as soon as possible. The Resident or his/ her estate will remain liable for the Base Rate given in Exhibit-1 until: (i) all personal effects and property are removed from the Unit; (ii) the Unit is vacated in good condition (normal wear and tear excepted); and (iii) all keys are returned to the FACILITY’s Office. Any property remaining in your Unit five (5) days after the Resident’s Unit is vacated will be deemed abandoned and the FACILITY reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to dispose and/or store such property, at the Resident’s expense, without liability of any kind to the Resident, his/her estate, his/her heirs or assigns. Upon signing this Agreement, the Resident agrees to provide the FACILITY with the names, addresses and telephone numbers of two individuals designated by him/ her to ensure compliance with this provision and agrees to advise the FACILITY’s Administrator if there are any changes in the same.
Removal of Personal Property. Lessee shall remove all its personal property from the Premises upon Lease Termination, and shall immediately repair all damage to the Premises, Building and Common Area caused by such removal. Any personal property remaining on the Premises after Lease expiration or sooner termination may be packed, transported, and stored at a public warehouse at Lessee’s expense. If after Lease Termination and, within ten (10) days after written demand by Lessor, Lessee fails to remove Lessee’s personal property or, if removed by Lessor, fails to pay the removal expenses, the personal property may be deemed abandoned property by Lessor and may be disposed of as Lessor deems appropriate. Lessee shall repair any damage to the Premises caused by or in connection with the removal of any personal property, including without limitation, the floor and patch and paint the walls, when required by Lessor, to Lessor’s reasonable satisfaction, all at Lessee’s sole cost and expense. The provisions of this Article 28 shall survive Lease Termination.

Removal of Personal Property. Seller shall neither transfer nor remove any Personal Property or fixtures from the Property after the date of this Agreement except for the purposes of replacement thereof, in which case such replacements shall be promptly installed and shall be comparable in quality to the items being replaced.
