MEETING RECORDS. The Professional Services Consultant shall prepare the minutes of all conferences when in attendance and shall promptly forward the requested number of copies of said minutes to the Owner's designated representative.
MEETING RECORDS. Grantee shall provide SANDAG with agendas and meeting summaries for all community meetings. SANDAG staff may attend any meetings as appropriate.

D. SUBCONSULTANTS The Professional Services Consultant shall employ only qualified professional consulting engineers as may be required for the effective performance of the services herein described. The names of such subconsultants proposed to be employed to assist the Professional Services Consultant in performing such professional services shall be submitted to the Owner for its approval prior to retention of such subconsultant(s). The Professional Services Consultant shall be responsible for the work of all such professional consultants whether they have been approved by the Owner or not, and compensation for their services shall be made to the Professional Services Consultant as provided in Article F. of this Agreement (MAFBE Certification, Attachment D, for subconsultants must be attached, if applicable).
MEETING RECORDS. The Chair and Recording Secretary positions will be rotated at each meeting. Minutes of these meetings will be circulated amongst all workplaces.

MEETING RECORDS. The Engineer shall document all meetings held by the Engineer, both internally and externally, as related to the project including a record of attendees, agendas, and summary of discussions, action items, and decisions as applicable. The Engineer shall provide draft meeting notes within five working days following the subject meeting. The Engineer shall provide final meeting minutes within five working days after receipt of final comments from the State. The Engineer shall maintain these records electronically. The Engineer shall include a summary of meetings, attendees and topics in a Quarterly Project Status Report submitted to the State’s PM.
MEETING RECORDS. Meetings held, matters considered and actions taken by the Board and each Committee shall be recorded in minutes prepared by the Chairperson (or such other Person as may be designated by the Board from time to time), which shall state the date, time, place of, and attendance of Managers and others at, meetings, and the effective date of any written consent in lieu of a meeting. The Chairperson (or such other Person as may be designated by the Board) shall circulate a draft of the minutes of each meeting to the Managers promptly following, and generally within 14 days following the date of the meeting, provided that the failure to circulate draft minutes by such deadline shall not detract from the validity of minutes otherwise duly adopted by the Board . The minutes shall be maintained in suitable hard copy or electronic records kept by the Company and accessible by each Manager.
MEETING RECORDS. The Engineer shall add one (1) set of meeting minutes related to the City of San Antonio Signal Changes. The Engineer shall update coordination journal entries for management meetings.
