Consulting Engineers definition

Consulting Engineers means the independent engineer or engineering firm or corporation employed in connection with any Project to perform and carry out the duties of the Consulting Engineer under this Indenture or any Supplemental Indenture.
Consulting Engineers means an individual, partnership or corporation appointed by the Board of the Authority, qualified to pass upon engineering questions relating to sewage collection, treatment and disposal systems and having a favorable reputation for skill and experience in inspecting construction and operation of sewage collection, treatment and disposal systems. If such person shall be an individual, he shall be a professional engineer duly registered under laws of the Commonwealth. If such person shall be a partnership or corporation, it shall have a partner, officer, employee or member who is a professional engineer duly registered under laws of the Commonwealth.
Consulting Engineers means Burgess & Niple, Inc., Parkersburg, West Virginia, or any qualified engineer or firm of engineers, licensed by the State, that shall at any time hereafter be procured by the Issuer as Consulting Engineers for the System or portion thereof in accordance with Chapter 5G, Article 1 of the West Virginia Code of 1931, as amended; provided, however, that the Consulting Engineers shall not be a regular, full- time employee of the State or any of its agencies, commissions, or political subdivisions.

Consulting Engineers means any engineering firm of reputation for skill and experience with respect to the construction, maintenance and operation of facilities similar to the facilities that make up all or a portion of the System, which is duly licensed under the laws of the State of Florida and designated by the Issuer to perform the duties of the Consulting Engineers under the provisions hereof.

Consulting Engineers means an engineer or engineering firm or corporation at the time retained by the Authority pursuant to Section 709 to perform the acts and carry out the duties provided for such Consulting Engineers in this Indenture.
