Review Meeting Clause Examples
A Review Meeting clause establishes the requirement for periodic meetings between the parties to discuss the progress, performance, or status of a project or agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the frequency of such meetings, the participants involved, and the topics to be covered, such as deliverables, timelines, or any issues encountered. Its core practical function is to facilitate ongoing communication and collaboration, ensuring that both parties remain aligned and can address concerns proactively, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or project delays.
