Legal Services Plan. The State agrees to contract for an employee-paid legal services plan. The plan will emphasize a choice of providers and access to legal services. The plan shall be offered on a voluntary, after-tax, payroll deduction basis, and any costs associated with administering the plan shall be paid by the participating employees through a service charge.
Legal Services Plan. The Township will continue to provide a prepaid legal service plan for all members, with the Township paying all premiums for coverage.

Legal Services Plan. 17.1 The Employer shall continue to make contributions for all employees (excluding Lottery Clerks and Courtesy Clerks hired after 4/30/93) with one (1) year of service covered by this Agreement. Said contributions are to be remitted monthly to the UFCW Unions and Participating Employers Legal Benefit Trust. Contributions shall be made in amounts necessary to maintain existing benefits for the duration of this Agreement.

During the course of negotiations of the National Parts Distribution Centre Agreement the parties discussed the Legal Services Plan and its continued application to hourly employees covered by this Agreement. The Union was informed that represented hourly employees in the National Parts Distribution Centre will continue to be included in the plan covering CAW represented employees in the Windsor area plants.
Legal Services Plan. The current legal service plan jointly administered of the legal services plan will continue to be funded at the rate of twelve cents per compensated hour. In addition the will establish a contingency fund of five dollars ($25,000) so that in the event the fund the twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000)may be used to pay for legal services. The contingency fund cost will be recovered by the withholding of funding until the contingency money is recovered. The contingency fund will then be restored. This contingency funding will terminate September If the costs exceed the amount in the contingency fund the parties will meet to discuss a resolution.

Legal Services Plan. The County will allocate $125.00 per member per year for ShOA’s purchase of a legal services plan. The headcount for this purpose will be determined as January 1 for the year the money is due. This plan may be used by ShOA members only for legal and/or administrative matters wherein the County or Sheriff’s Department is not a party. ShOA may determine the legal services plan to be utilized, however, in no event shall the legal services organization or firm selected engage in legal or administrative proceedings (without limitation) against the County. XxXX will notify the Director of Labor Relations in writing of the legal services plan selected pursuant to this paragraph. Upon verification that the above criteria are met, the County will pay the legal services organization directly.
