ADMINISTRATION SERVICES. The Administrator shall provide the following services, in each case, subject to the control, supervision and direction of the Fund and the review and comment by the Fund's auditors and legal counsel and in accordance with procedures which may be established from time to time between the Fund and the Administrator:
ADMINISTRATION SERVICES. When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. See Infusion Therapy - Administration Services in the Summary of Medical Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. Please see Pharmacy Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies – Pharmacy Benefits section above for additional information. Site of Care Program For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status. Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care. If we deny your request for preauthorization, or you disagree with our determination for the appropriate site of care, you can submit a medical appeal. See Appeals in Section 5 for information on how to file a medical appeal.
ADMINISTRATION SERVICES. The Administrator shall provide the services as listed on Schedule B, subject to the authorization and direction of the Trust and, in each case where appropriate, the review and comment by the Trust’s independent accountants and legal counsel and in accordance with procedures which may be established from time to time between the Trust and the Administrator. The Administrator shall perform such other services for the Trust that are mutually agreed to by the parties from time to time, for which the Trust will pay such fees as may be mutually agreed upon, including the Administrator’s reasonable out-of-pocket expenses. The provision of such services shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The Administrator shall provide the office facilities and the personnel determined by it to perform the services contemplated herein.
ADMINISTRATION SERVICES. Ultimus shall provide the Trust with regulatory reporting services; shall provide all necessary office space, equipment, personnel, compensation and facilities for handling the affairs of the Trust; and shall provide such other services as the Trust may request that Ultimus perform consistent with its obligations under this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Ultimus shall:
ADMINISTRATION SERVICES. BISYS shall perform the administrative services set forth in Schedule B to this Agreement and, on behalf of the Company, shall investigate, and conduct relations with, custodians, depositories, underwriters, brokers and dealers, corporate fiduciaries, insurers, banks and persons in any other capacity deemed to be necessary or desirable for the Company's operations. BISYS shall provide the Board of Trustees of the Company (the "Board") with such reports regarding the Fund's investment performance as it may reasonably request, but shall have no responsibility for supervising the performance by any investment adviser or sub-adviser of its responsibilities. BISYS shall perform such other administration services, and furnish such reports, for the Company and each of the Funds that are mutually agreed upon by the parties from time to time, for which the Company will pay BISYS the amounts agreed upon between them.
ADMINISTRATION SERVICES. Subject to the direction and control of the Board of Trustees of the Trust (the "Board"), you will perform such sponsorship, administrative and supervisory services as may from time to time be reasonably requested by the Trust, which shall include without limitation: (a) providing office space, equipment and clerical personnel necessary for performing the management functions herein set forth; (b) arranging, if desired by the Trust, for your directors, officers or employees to serve as Trustees, officers or agents of the Trust if duly elected or appointed to such positions and subject to their individual consent and to any limitations imposed by law; (c) supervising the overall operations of the Trust, including the provision of services to the Trust by the Trust's fund accounting agent, transfer agent, custodian, auditors, and other independent contractors or agents (the "Service Providers"), which services include without limitation: (i) supervising the updating of trust organizational documents, (ii) negotiating contracts and fees and the monitoring and coordinating of performance and xxxxxxxx of the Trust's Service Providers, (iii) supervising the preparation of and filing of documents required for compliance by the Trust with applicable laws and regulations (including state "blue sky" laws and regulations), including registration statements on Form N1 A, prospectuses and statements of additional information, semiannual and annual reports to the Trust's shareholders, (iv) reviewing tax returns, (v) supervising the preparation of agendas and supporting documents for and minutes of meetings of Trustees, committees of Trustees, and supervising the preparation of notices, proxy statements and minutes of meetings of shareholders of the Trust or of one or more of the Funds, (vi) the maintenance of books and records of the Trust, (vii) telephone coverage to respond to shareholder inquiries that a Fund's transfer agent is unable to satisfy, (viii) providing reports and assisting the Trust's Chief compliance Officer with compliance matters related to federal securities and tax laws, including compliance with the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (collectively with the rules and regulations promulgated there under as amended from time to time, the "Act") and Subchapter M of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, (viii) supervising the dissemination of yield and other performance information to newspapers and tracking services, (ix) the preparat...

Included within these services are the following: (a) receiving and processing applications, amendments and riders; (b) generating physical policies, contracts, amendments and riders; (c) customer billing and maintaining and updating customer payment records; (d) responding to customer inquiries; (e) administering requested policy or contract modifications consistent with applicable underwriting guidelines; (f) claims processing (contestable and non-contestable) and agency services; and (g) paying benefits.
