New Premises definition
New Premises means any new premises to which both the Operator and Service Provider relocate in accordance with clause 10 of the Lease.
New Premises shall have the meaning given such term in Section 30 hereto.
New Premises means a property previously undeveloped which is placed into service by means other than or in conjunction with Expansion or Modernization.

After the Relocation Date, all references in this Lease shall refer to the New Premises.

More Definitions of New Premises
New Premises shall have the meaning set forth in Section 32.01.
New Premises means the premises located at Shanjiankeng, Xintang Town, Dashuikeng, Guanlan County, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, where the Company will relocate or has relocated from the Previous Premises for operation of the Business.
New Premises means premises which have not been previously supplied with electricity by anyone or which have been previously supplied with electricity (whether by the exempt supplier in question or by anyone else) for a period of less than twelve months except premises to which that exempt supplier is not supplying Class C electricity and which were supplied by that exempt supplier on 31st March 1990 pursuant to an agreement to supply those premises which was subsisting on that date;
New Premises means the 2nd and 3rd Floor Bi-Level Suites in the Building consisting of 13,162 rentable square feet. The New Premises is shown on Exhibit A attached hereto. Effective upon the First Amendment Effective Date, Section 1a of the Lease shall be amended to provide that the term “Premises” shall mean the New Premises as described in this Section 3 of this First Amendment and shown on Exhibit A attached hereto. Exhibit A of the Lease shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with Exhibit A attached hereto.
New Premises means any business industrial or commercial premises that are non- residential dwellings constructed after the date of this Order
New Premises means Suites 100, 200 and 125 containing a total of 47,166 rentable square feet. E. The term of the Lease is now scheduled to expire on March 31, 2022, and Landlord and Tenant desire to extend the term of the Lease for five (5) years and six (6) months. F. Capitalized terms in this Fourth Amendment shall have the same meaning as such capitalized terms have in the Lease unless otherwise defined in this Fourth Amendment.
