Permittee shall ensure that a decor is established and maintained substantially in accordance with Port design and facility plans, that the Concession Unit is maintained and operated in a first-class manner and that at all times the Assigned Space is kept in a safe, clean, orderly and inviting condition, satisfactory to Port.
