Recycling Services. For all lots requiring the provision of Recycling Services, the Contractor is required to provide appropriately sized collection containers, provide service for the container (including all maintenance) and provide transportation of all recyclables to an appropriate facility for recycling. All materials collected under these lots must be delivered for recycling, and the Contractor must be capable of certifying that the material was delivered for processing and was not disposed of as solid waste at a landfill or incinerator.
Recycling Services. The Lessor shall identify recycling services for the property, if available. Recycling services shall include onsite recycling collection, removal to a processing center, a list of “acceptable materials”, and access to detailed monthly reporting to include tonnage of each recyclable material, rebate/credit amounts received for each material and the cost to process each material. This information is not required for Department of State proposals.
Recycling Services. Developer shall provide recycling receptacles for paper, cardboard, 32 plastic bottles, and aluminum cans. Developer shall obtain and pay for weekly recycling 33 services, including recycling pickup service for the ADOT office space.
Recycling Services. The County shall provide recycling services to the Property on the same basis as it provides to the residents and businesses within the County. The County shall reserve the right to require that recycling materials generated from the Property comply with those standards promulgated by the County applicable to all residents and businesses within the County.
Recycling Services. Contractor will provide for special collection of recyclable materials for all Residential or Commercial Units. Contractor shall collect recyclable materials inside the Container or Dumpster as part of the Recycling Services, which shall be provided on the same day as refuse collection, or on another day of the week.

Recycling Services. Recycling Services shall mean the single stream collection, processing, and marketing of Program Recyclable Material by Contractor pursuant to this Agreement.

Recycling Services. The following shall apply to fiber and non-fiber recyclables (“Recyclable Materials”) and recycling services. All Recyclable Materials must be clean, dry, unshredded, empty, loose and unbagged. (i) Single stream Recyclable Materials (“Single Stream”) will consist of Customer’s entire volume of uncoated office and writing paper, magazines, pamphlets, mail, newspaper; flattened, uncoated cardboard, paperboard boxes; aluminum food and beverage containers, tin or steel cans; glass, and rigid container plastics #1, #2 and #5, including narrow neck containers and tubs. Any material not specifically set forth above, including but not limited to foam, film plastics, plastic bags, napkins, tissue, paper towels, or paper that has been in contact with food, is unacceptable. Glass may not be accepted at all locations. Customer shall provide source-separated wastepaper, cardboard, plastics and metals in accordance with the most current ISRI Scrap Specifications Circular and any amendments thereto or replacements thereof. All other Recyclable Materials will be delivered in accordance with industry standards or such specifications communicated to Customer by Company from time-to-time. Company reserves the right, upon notice to Customer, to discontinue acceptance of any category of Recyclable Materials set forth above as a result of market conditions related to such materials and makes no representations as to the recyclability of the materials. (ii) Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Recyclable Materials may not contain Special Waste, Excluded Materials or other materials that are deleterious or capable of causing material damage to any part of Company’s property, its personnel or the public or materially impair the strength or the durability of Company’s structures or equipment. (iii) Company may reject in whole or in part, or may process, in its sole discretion, Recyclable Materials not meeting the specifications. Customer shall pay Company for all increased costs, losses and expenses incurred with respect to such non-conforming Recyclable Materials which charges may include an amount for Company’s operating or profit margin (collectively the “Cost”).
