Issuance of Permits. Developer shall have the sole responsibility for obtaining all Permits and shall make application therefor directly to the applicable agency within the District of Columbia government or other authority. District shall, upon request by Developer, execute applications for such Permits as are required by the District of Columbia government or other authority, at no cost, expense, obligation, or liability to District. In no event shall Developer commence site work or construction of all or any portion of the Project until Developer shall have obtained all Permits for the work in question. Developer shall submit its application for Permits for the Project within a period of time that Developer believes in good faith is sufficient to allow issuance of such Permits prior to the date of Closing. From and after the date of Developer's submission of an application for a Permit, Developer shall diligently prosecute such application until receipt. In addition, from and after submission of any such application until issuance of the Permit, Developer shall report Permit status in writing every thirty (30) days to District, or such other reporting period as agreed to by District.
Issuance of Permits. The City shall not issue any permit for development of the Property or any portion of the Property, except permits for the completion of the Improvements, unless the City has on file acceptable assurances for the completion of the Improvements or the City has given a Release of Assurances for the Property or that portion of the Property subject to the development permits. If this Agreement terminates, the performance bond is acquired by a bankruptcy trustee or for any reason is not available to assure the full completion of the Improvements, the City may cease issuing any further building permits on the Property.
Issuance of Permits. The City shall not issue any permit for development of the Property or any portion of the Property, except permits for the completion of the Improvements, unless the City has on file acceptable assurances for the completion of the Improvements or the City has given a Release of Assurances for the Property or that portion of the Property subject to the development permits.
Issuance of Permits. The Town shall not issue any permit for development of the Subdivision or any portion of it, except permits for the completion of the Improvements, unless the Improvements that serve the portion of the Subdivision for which the permit is sought have been completed or are secured by acceptable assurances on file with the Town.
Issuance of Permits. MGI shall be responsible, at its sole cost and expense, to obtain any and all governmental permits, licenses, consents and the like in order for the Gaming Devices to be licensed for installation within each Licensed Premises on or about the Effective Date. VONS shall provide such information and documentation as MGI may reasonably request for the purpose of assisting in the application for any such permits. All such permits shall be maintained in effect by MGI at its sole cost and expense throughout the term of this Agreement.

Issuance of Permits. TriMet will manage the process to ensure that the construction contractor obtains all necessary City permits for the Project. Some permits from the City will be issued as an outcome of a land use, design review, building permit, tree permit, or other process involving private property. For work in the public right-of-way, following the City Engineer's approval of the final plans for the Project and prior to construction, the City Engineer shall issue a Public Improvement Construction Permit (Permit). If construction activities are phased (i.e. public utility work prior to civil) by the contractor, then multiple Public Improvement Construction permits may be needed. As with previous projects, TriMet will seek to convert small remnant private property into City ROW.
Issuance of Permits. If a foreign nation notifies the Secretary of State of its acceptance of the conditions and restrictions established by the Secretary under paragraph (7), the Secretary of State shall promptly transmit such notification to the Secretary. Upon payment of the applicable fees established pursuant to paragraph (10), the Secretary shall thereupon issue to such foreign nation, through the Secretary of State, permits for the appropriate fishing ves- sels of that nation. Each permit shall contain a statement of all conditions and restrictions established under paragraph (7) which apply to the fishing vessel for which the permit is is- sued.
Issuance of Permits. No permit under section 1342 of this title for a discharge into the territorial sea, the waters of the contiguous zone, or the oceans shall be is- sued, after promulgation of guidelines estab- lished under subsection (c) of this section, ex- cept in compliance with such guidelines. Prior to the promulgation of such guidelines, a permit may be issued under such section 1342 of this title if the Administrator determines it to be in the public interest.
Issuance of Permits. A. Before Licensee shall attach to any pole and/or occupy any duct of Licensor. Licensee shall make Application for and have received an appropriate permit. (Appendix III, Forms P-1 and P-2 and/or C-1 through C- 2).
