Tree Permit definition

Tree Permit means the formal written approval from the Administrator to Destroy or Injure Trees, with or without conditions;
Tree Permit means the permit granted by the Town to remove or top a tree(s).
Tree Permit means a permit issued by the urban forester for one or more of the following purposes:

More Definitions of Tree Permit

Tree Permit means a permit issued by the City under this By-law;
