Construction Permits. Receipt by Agent of evidence of issuance of all permits that are required to be obtained prior to the commencement of construction of the improvements.
Construction Permits. All governmental permits and licenses required by applicable law to construct, occupy and operate the Project have been issued and are in full force and effect or, if the present stage of development does not allow such issuance, the Developer reasonably believes, after due inquiry of the appropriate governmental officials, that such permits and licenses will be issued in a timely manner in order to permit the Project to be constructed.
Construction Permits. 6.5.1 DASNY as the Authority Having Jurisdiction For Projects for which the Owner is the permitting agency, the Professional shall prepare and submit the Owner’s Construction Permit Application form and all required supplemental forms. The Professional shall meet all requirements and obtain a permit from the Authority.

No construction, improvement, or development of any kind shall be permitted on any portion of the Property unless and until the Recipient has received approval from all necessary City commissions, boards, and departments, and has been issued valid and binding building permits. No construction, improvement, or development of any kind shall be permitted on any portion of the Development Parcel unless and until the Developer has received approval or deemed approval from all necessary Village departments, and has been issued or deemed issued valid and binding building permits, which may include grading, sitework, foundation and similar preliminary permits. Further, no business operation or occupancy of the Grocery Store Development may occur prior to the issuance or deemed issuance of a valid and binding certificate of occupancy.
Construction Permits. Except for Permitted Subsequent Approvals, all governmental permits and licenses required by applicable law to construct, occupy and operate the North Project have been issued and are in full force and effect or, if the present stage of development does not allow such issuance, the Developer reasonably believes, after due inquiry of the appropriate governmental officials, that such permits and licenses will be issued in a timely manner in order to permit the North Project to be constructed.
