Licensed premises definition

Licensed premises means the premises specified in an application for a license under this article that are owned or in possession of the licensee within which the licensee is authorized to sell, dispense, or serve alcohol beverages in accordance with this article.
Licensed premises means all areas associated with the operations of the licensee, including, but not limited to:

Licensed premises means any premises the address of which is specified in a manufacturer’s licence pursuant to paragraph 6 (2) (d);
