Commitment of Resources. By signing this Lease Agreement, Lessee authorizes Lessor to proceed with the order for the Equipment, and agrees that Lessor may immediately begin incurring costs in preparing the Equipment for Lessee’s use. In the event Lessee terminates this Lease Agreement or wrongfully rejects Equipment prior to the commencement of the Minimum Lease Term, Lessee shall be responsible for the payment to Lessor of: a) the costs incurred by Lessor for labor, materials and work executed up to Lessor’s receipt of written notice of termination; b) storage related charges attributable to failed delivery; and c) rent for the Minimum Lease Term.
Commitment of Resources. Provide sufficient Institutional resources to the best of its ability to ensure effective implementation and development of all sponsored and administered Programs in compliance with both Program and Institutional accreditation requirements.

Lessee understands that the Modular Equipment may not be standard, readily re-leasable product and/or Lessor may have lost other rental opportunities in allocating the Modular Equipment for Lessee’s use and, as a result, Lessor is incurring extraordinary costs and expenses in proceeding with Lessee’s order for this Modular Equipment. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Lease Agreement to the contrary, in the event Lessee terminates this Lease Agreement or wrongfully rejects Equipment prior to the commencement of the Minimum Lease Term, Lessee shall be responsible for the payment to Lessor of: a) the costs incurred by Lessor for labor, materials and work executed up to Lessor’s receipt of written notice of termination; b) storage related charges attributable to failed delivery; c) rent for the Minimum Lease Term; and d) reasonable overhead and profit. All such charges will be billed on a lump sum basis unless other payment options are agreed by the Lessor.
Commitment of Resources. 2.16 The Core Group has no authority to commit resources to the BCF other than those approved by either the Council's Cabinet or the CCG's Governing Body.

It is understood that GenQuest is entering into this Agreement and the Collaboration Agreement in reliance upon the commitment by Corixa to make available the services of a management team, which team consists of Stevx Xxxxxx, Xxrk XxXxxx, Xxevx Xxxx, Xxte XxXxxxxxxx, Xxchxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxnnxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxeg Xxx xxx Syamxx Xxxxxxxxxxxx xx provide and oversee appropriate services under this Agreement. Without limiting any other provision of this Agreement, so long as the members of such management team remain employed by Corixa, Corixa will use its best efforts to provide that such individuals are available to perform the services to be provided by Corixa hereunder.
