Development Permits definition

Development Permits means a document authorizing a development issued pursuant to this Land Use Bylaw;
Development Permits means the development permits for the Building, together with all amendments, modifications or replacements thereof, and all plans, drawings and specifications related thereto, which are approved by the City;
Development Permits is defined in Section 13.5(A)(iii).

More Definitions of Development Permits

Development Permits means County permits and/or approvals including, but not limited to, the site development plan, flood plain permit, land alteration permit, final subdivision plan and building permits.
Development Permits means all permits, reviews, and approvals administered by the Department including, but not limited to, right-of-way use permits, grading permits, building permits, fire code permits, subdivisions, short subdivisions, binding site plans, zoning permits, conditional use permits, boundary line adjustments, and environmental review and shoreline permits. Development Permits means permit applications requiring review, including but not limited to subdivision permits, binding site plan approvals, planned unit developments, special use permits, variances, shoreline substantial development permits, and conditional use permits.
Development Permits shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.5.
Development Permits shall include any conditional use permit, site plan, grading permit, foundation permit, construction permit, building permit or other permit type as may be necessary pursuant to Chapter 4 of the Specific Plan and/or the City Code.
Development Permits means any development permits to be applied for and obtained in order to develop the Project.
