Other Process. Nothing in this Section shall affect the right of any Lender or the Administrative Agent to serve legal process in any other manner permitted by applicable law or affect the right of any Lender or the Administrative Agent to bring any suit, action or proceeding against each Obligor or its property in the courts of other jurisdictions.
