Hours of Collection. Collection of Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and Compostable Materials, may occur only within hours authorized by the City. The Municipal Code currently prohibits collection of Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials or Compostable Materials (1) earlier than 6:00 a.m. or later than 6:00 p.m. in residential districts and at schools, churches and commercial premises adjacent to residential districts, and (2) earlier than 4:00 a.m. or later than 9:00 p.m. in commercial districts subject to reasonable modification made by the Director.

Hours of Collection. All Collections shall begin no earlier than 7: 00 a.m., and shall cease no later than 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. For Navarre Beach, all collections shall begin no earlier than 7:00 a.m., and shall cease no later than 11:00 a.m. Traffic and other seasonalconcerns may impact the ability to cease collections by 10:00 a.m. In those instances, the FRANCHISEE will make all efforts to complete each route as early as possible and will document such instances and provide documentation to the COUNTY. In the case of an emergency, Collection may be permitted at times not allowed by this paragraph, provided the FRANCHISEE has received prior approval from the Environmental Manager in a written memorandum or e-mail confirming the approval. Should the FRANCHISEE not confirm and obtain in writing the approval to operate on an emergency basis, it shall be conclusively presumed that the FRANCHISEE had not obtained such approval. No Collection shall occur on Sundays or holidays, as defined herein, except in a time of emergency.

Hours of Collection. Unless otherwise authorized by the CCCSWA, Contractor’s days and hours for 2458 Collection operations shall be as follows:
Hours of Collection. Scheduled days of Collection are limited to Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. No regularly scheduled Collection is allowed on Sunday. Curbside Residential Collection Services shall be provided between the hours of 6:30 am and 6:30 pm (6:00 am and 6:30 pm on Fort Xxxxx Beach), Monday through Friday. Dwelling units receiving Multifamily Collection Service, commercial properties and other non-residential Collection sites located adjacent to residential uses (apartments, condominiums, town houses, houses, mobile homes, etc.) shall only be collected between the hours of 6:30 am and 6:30 pm, Monday through Saturday. Businesses and institutions may be collected from 4:00 am until 10:00 pm, subject to approval or denial by the Solid Waste Department. All requests to change the days and times of Curbside Residential Collection Service must be submitted to the Department for approval. Disposal facilities will be open a maximum of sixty-six (66) hours per week (e.g., 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 12:00 noon Saturday), except designated holidays. Actual opening and closing times may change from time to time. If the next two Collection days following a designated holiday includes a Saturday, the disposal facility hours for the Saturday will be extended from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm. Current disposal facility hours are 6:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday and 6:00 am to 12:00 noon on Saturday. The Contractor shall provide Collection services on all national holidays, except Memorial Day, July Fourth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day. When these stated holidays are recognized on a weekday (i.e. Monday through Friday), the schedule for Solid Waste Collection shall be “set back” by one day for the remaining days of the week following the holiday. All scheduled Collection routes shall continue in their normal order with the final day’s Collection, for the week, occurring on Saturday instead of Friday.
Hours of Collection. Company shall limit collection to 6:00 am to 6:00 pm except in Commercial areas and/or in selected Residential areas between 700 and 1500 Xxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Boulevard, Bridge Street, and the parking area of Creek Park where Company shall limit collection to 5:00 am and 6:00 pm. Town, in collaboration with the Company, reserves the right to change the hours of collection. Town Manager may allow Company to begin collection in other areas of Town at 5:00 am for safety reasons; provided, however, that Town Manager may in his/her sole and absolute discretion submit such a request to the Town Council for consideration. Town Manager may also request that Company begin collection in limited areas of Town at later times. Company shall not unreasonably deny Town Manager’s request for later collection time in limited areas of Town. Company shall notify all affected Residential customers at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to any change in their scheduled Solid Waste, Recyclables and/or Green Waste collection. Company shall not permit any Residential customer to go more than seven (7) days without service. Company shall notify all Commercial customers at least five (5) calendar days prior to any change in service. Except by prior arrangement with the Commercial customer, no change in service shall temporarily reduce the weekly frequency of collection.
