The "Monday through Saturday" clause defines the specific days of the week during which certain obligations, services, or activities outlined in the agreement are to be performed or are applicable. For example, a business might specify that its operating hours, delivery schedules, or employee work shifts are limited to these six days, excluding Sundays. This clause ensures clarity regarding the timeframe for performance or availability, helping to prevent misunderstandings about when contractual duties are expected to be fulfilled.
Monday through Saturday. The regular work days which fall on Monday through Saturday shall consist of eight and one-half (8 1/2) consecutive hours of scheduled time, made up of eight (8) hours of paid work time and one-half (1/2) hour of unpaid time for a lunch break.
