Residential Customers definition

Residential Customers means the existing and future residential consumers of electricity, as identified in the Financing Order, located in the service territory in which the Seller provided electricity services as of December 20, 1995.

Residential Customers means any and all natural Persons who purchase or seek to purchase natural gas, electricity or other commodities, products or services (whether or not related to natural gas or electricity) at Retail and, to the knowledge of the corporation, not for commercial purposes, in the United States.

Residential Customers means any individual homeowners who use or maintain places of primary or part-time residence within the corporate limits of the District.

Residential Customers. All residential customers shall be on credit card payment. We will bill in advance for recurring charges and in arrears for any usage-overage and other nonrecurring charges, except that the first billing statement will include the first period’s recurring charges.
