Disposal Facilities definition

Disposal Facilities means facilities on the Disposal Site for the storage or disposal of residues from the Project and from a project for the direct reduction of iron ore established at Port Hedland under an agreement between the State and BHP Direct Reduced Iron Pty Ltd, together with ancillary facilities necessary for the operation of the Disposal Facilities;
Disposal Facilities. Means the location and facilities where any final treatment, utilization, processing, or depository of solid waste occurs.
