Development Consent means the consent granted to the Development Application for the Development and includes all modifications made under section 4.55 of the Act.
Approval Notice means, with respect to any Collateral Obligation, a copy of a notice executed by the Administrative Agent in the form of Exhibit E, evidencing, among other things, the approval of the Administrative Agent, in its sole discretion, of such Collateral Obligation and the applicable Discount Factor, the loan type and lien priority, the Original Leverage Multiple, the Original Effective LTV (if such Collateral Obligation is an Asset Based Loan) and each other item listed in Section 6.2(h).
Final Approval Date means, with respect to the transactions contemplated hereby, the date upon which the last of the following has occurred: (a) all Regulatory Approvals have been obtained; (b) all applicable regulatory notices which are required to be published or given prior to consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby have been published or given; (c) the filing of all applicable regulatory reports; and (d) the expiration of all applicable regulatory comment and waiting periods.
Development approval means any written authorization from the City that authorizes the commencement of development activity.
Initial approval means the permission, granted by the Board, to an entity to establish a nursing assistant training program, after the Board determines that the program meets the standards provided by A.R.S. Title 32, Chapter 15 and this Chapter.
Approval Date means, for airports certificated under 14 CFR part 139, the date of the issuance by the FAA to the regional authority assuming operational jurisdiction of the airport of a certificate under 14 CFR part 139 with respect to the airport, and the concurrence by the FAA of the designation of the regional authority as a sponsor of the airport, including the FAA's approval of the assignment of existing grant agreements to the regional authority, or, for an uncertificated airport, the date specified in the agreement pursuant to which the airport is to be transferred to the regional authority, as approved by the FAA.
Non-Approval Event means, in respect of the Benchmark:
Continuously Operate or “Continuous Operation” means that when an SCR, FGD, ESP, or Other NOx Pollution Controls are used at a Unit, except during a Malfunction, they shall be operated at all times such Unit is in operation, consistent with the technological limitations, manufacturers’ specifications, and good engineering and maintenance practices for such equipment and the Unit so as to minimize emissions to the greatest extent practicable.
Commence commercial operation means to have begun to generate electricity for sale, including the sale of test generation.
Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:
Interconnection Feasibility Study means either a Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study or Transmission Interconnection Feasibility Study.
Generation Interconnection Feasibility Study means a study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) in accordance with Tariff, Part IV, section 36.2.
CPUC Approval means a final and non-appealable order of the CPUC, without conditions or modifications unacceptable to the Parties, or either of them, which contains the following terms:
Approved program or approved State means a State administered NPDES program which has been approved or authorized by EPA under 40 CFR Part 123.
Generation Operations Center means the location of Buyer’s real-time operations personnel.
Development Approvals means all permits and other entitlements for use subject to approval or issuance by CITY in connection with development of the Property including, but not limited to:
IRB approval means the determination of the IRB that the research has been reviewed and may be conducted at an institution within the constraints set forth by the IRB and by other institutional and federal requirements.
Notification center means an organization whose membership is open to all operators of
Pre-approval means written notification to Customer of a maximum pre-approved incentive amount through a Pre-approval letter, which Ameren Illinois issues after review of the Customer’s Application.
Market Operations Center means the equipment, facilities and personnel used by or on behalf of a Market Participant to communicate and coordinate with the Office of the Interconnection in connection with transactions in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or the operation of the PJM Region.
NDA Approval means the approval of an NDA by the FDA for the applicable Licensed Product in the U.S.
Registry Operator Approval means the receipt of each of the following: (A) the affirmative approval of the Applicable Registry Operators whose payments to ICANN accounted for two-‐thirds of the total amount of fees (converted to U.S. dollars, if applicable, at the prevailing exchange rate published the prior day in the U.S. Edition of the Wall Street Journal for the date such calculation is made by ICANN) paid to ICANN by all the Applicable Registry Operators during the immediately previous calendar year pursuant to the Applicable Registry Agreements, and (B) the affirmative approval of a majority of the Applicable Registry Operators at the time such approval is obtained. For the avoidance of doubt, with respect to clause (B), each Applicable Registry Operator shall have one vote for each top-‐level domain operated by such Registry Operator pursuant to an Applicable Registry Agreement.
Improvement completion assurance means a surety bond, letter of credit,
Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.
Commercial Operations Date or "COD": The date on which Facility first achieves Commercial Operations.
Approval Application means a BLA, NDA or similar application or submission for a Product filed with a Regulatory Authority in a country or group of countries to obtain marketing approval for a biological or pharmaceutical product in that country or group of countries.
