Residential Premises. Collection from Residential Premises shall only occur between the 719 hours of 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except that during weeks in 720 which a Holiday occurs, the Contractor may provide Collection scheduled for a Friday on 721 Saturday.

If an Occupant is found to be in breach of this clause, then this Occupancy Agreement may cease to be valid.
