Frequency of Collection. (a) Construction and Demolition Debris shall be collected at a frequency agreed upon by Franchisee and each of its customers, but in no event less frequently than is required for compliance with Ordinance No. 455 of the City dealing with the control of collection and disposal, or with any successor ordinance dealing with such subject;

Frequency of Collection. The FRANCHISEE shall collect all Solid Waste from Residential Units within the Franchise Area once (1) per week. The Solid Waste collection for residents of Navarre Beach will occur on a Saturday.

Such collection shall be limited to Bulk Waste generated at the said Residential Unit. The FRANCHISEE shall collect Bulk Waste within three (3) days of identifying the Bulk Waste during weekly Solid Waste Collection services or after receiving a request for such pickup. When identified during Solid Waste Collection services, the Franchisee with leave a notice on the material indicating that the materials have been identified and will be collected within three (3) days. . Bulk Waste services is limited to two (2) cubic yards per pick up per Dwelling Unit.
Frequency of Collection. At least once per counterparty. Estimated number of annual responses per registrant: 540 [one per counterparty]. Estimated aggregate number of annual responses: 162,000 [300 registrants × 540 counterparties]. Estimated annual hour burden per registrant: 270 [540 counterparties × .5 hours per counterparty]. Estimated aggregate annual hour burden: 81,000 [300 registrants × 270 hours per registrant]. As stated above, the agreements required by proposed § 23.504(b)(5) would be required to be incorporated into the swaps trading relationship documentation obligations established by previously proposed subsections of

Grantee shall, on a regularly scheduled day pick up from the curbside adjacent to each residence all garbage, rubbish and residential wastes (household garbage) two (2) times per week; collection of yard Trash shall be one (1) time per week; collection of recyclable materials shall be one (1) time per week collection of Bulk Waste shall be one (1) time per week; collection of White Goods shall be one (1) time per week on days agreed upon by the Grantee and Grantor. However, pickups normally scheduled to be made on a holiday shall be rescheduled for the next regularly scheduled pickup day.
Frequency of Collection. Grantee may, on a regularly scheduled day, pick up all garbage, rubbish, and wastes. However, pickups normally scheduled to be made on a holiday shall be rescheduled with notification to the Commercial Establishment.
Frequency of Collection. The frequency of collection and bin capacity is subject to individual arrangement between the Collector and its Commercial Customers. There shall be no limit on the quantity of Solid Waste and Recyclables that will be picked up from each Commercial Premises, provided that the Solid Waste and Recyclables are presented for collection in conformity with the requirements of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the arrangement between Collector and a Commercial Customer regarding the frequency of collection, City may require a different frequency of collection if the frequency of collection arranged between Collector and a Commercial Customer results in a health or safety concern or code violation.
