GRANT COST. This Grant is being funded for the initial time period mentioned above in the amount of approximately: $100,000. For any subsequent renewal periods, Grantee must submit a budget, work plan, and other required documents prior to the renewal application due date. OVR shall notify Grantee in writing of the total cost authorized for each renewal period. The approved total cost for the first grant period is set forth in Section A, above. The total cost of each subsequent renewal period must be approved by: execution by OVR and its Comptroller of the form shown as this Xxxxx’x FUNDING ADJUSTMENT FORM; and written approval by OVR of Xxxxxxx’s budget for each period. Copies of the afore-mentioned documents shall be incorporated in and made part of this Agreement. Grantee must utilize such funding in accordance with the approved budget for the period. OVR may, in its sole discretion, reduce the total cost of the grant for any period should the funding stream become unavailable. OVR may, at any time, review Xxxxxxx’s use of funds during any grant period, either through request for documentation or onsite visit. OVR may, after review of Xxxxxxx’s performance, reduce the total amount of the grant after signature from the Department designee and the Office of Comptroller Operations. If OVR exercises this right, it shall notify Grantee in writing at least 15 days prior to the fund reduction. The reduction shall be effective upon mailing of the written notice. Within 30 days of the date of such notice, Grantee shall submit for Program Analyst approval an amended budget and project narrative that reflects the reduction. If Grantee does not submit an amended budget and project narrative, or if OVR and Grantee are unable to agree on an amended budget, OVR, after consultation with Grantee, may unilaterally establish the amended budget. The amended budget for the period will be evidenced by OVR and Comptroller’s execution of the form attached herein as AMENDMENT TO GRANT FUNDING and a copy of the amended grant budget. These documents shall be incorporated in and made a part of this grant. PA ELECTRONIC PAYMENT PROGRAM (PEPP) The Commonwealth will make payments to Grantee through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network.   • Term and Maximum Compensation 1.4.1.   • Vacation Allowance Employees in permanent positions are entitled to vacation with pay. Accrual is based upon straight time hours of working time per calendar month of service and begins on the date of appointment to a permanent position. Accrual for portions of a month shall be in minimum amounts of one (1) hour calculated on the same basis as for partial month compensation pursuant to Section 5.6 of this MOU. Vacation credits may be taken in one (1) minute increments but may not be taken during the first six (6) months of employment (not necessarily synonymous with probationary status) except where sick leave has been exhausted; and none shall be allowed in excess of actual accrual at the time vacation is taken.
