Funding stream. The term funding stream as used in this Agreement refers to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and/or federal grants under which a program or activity is funded. Different funding streams are governed by varying pieces of legislation, statutes and regulations. Contractor must comply with the federal and Commonwealth requirements of each funding stream identified in their budget when executing their duties and responsibilities under this Agreement.
