Flexible Hours. Upon the request of an employee and the concurrence of the Employer, an employee may work flexible hours on a daily basis so long as the daily hours amount to seven and one-half (71/2).
Flexible Hours. 22.07 At the request of an employee, the Employer may grant flexible or staggered hours between 07:00 and 18:00. This is subject to operational requirements. COMPRESSED WORK WEEK
Flexible Hours. Subject to operational requirements, an employee on day work shall have the right to select and request flexible hours between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m and such request shall not be unreasonably denied.
Flexible Hours. The Employer and employees at each worksite agree to cooperate in developing and implementing mutually agreed flexible hours for scheduling particular positions. The Employer and the Union will consider and, if acceptable, approve variations to the agreement to accommodate this Article. Flexible Hours. Flexible schedules will consist of five (5) consecutive work days followed by two (2) consecutive days off. At the request of an employee or group of employees, the University may grant flexible work schedules not to exceed eight (8) hours per day. A flexible schedule will have established core hours that are less than eight (8) hours per day when work demands require the presence of the employee. After consultation with the supervisor, the employee’s flexible schedule will allow a flexible period to begin and/or end the workday.
Flexible Hours. Employees may request flexible hours of work for purposes of childcare arrangements / responsibilities. The Employer will consider such request and may grant it at the Employer’s sole discretion.
Flexible Hours a) Flexible hours of work, or flextime, is a system designed to accommodate the individual preferences and needs of employees while at the same time ensuring the efficient operation of the Employer's services. In this article flextime refers to flexible starting and finishing times.
Flexible Hours. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, an employee may be granted flexible hours provided such arrangement is consistent with the administration or operational requirements of the section in which the employee works, results in no increased cost to the Corporation and is mutually agreed to by the employee and his supervisor.
Flexible Hours. 6.9.1 All hours worked beyond the workweek of five (5) consecutive days shall be compensated at the overtime rate commencing on the sixth consecutive day of work.
