Subject to operational requirements. (a) when the Employer originates a meeting with a grievor in his headquarters area, he or she will be granted leave with pay and “on duty” status when the meeting is held outside the grievor’s headquarters area;

Subject to operational requirements. The number of Regular Employees, if any, within each job classification who can take vacation at any given time in each calendar year shall be determined by the operational requirements of management, subject to the sole discretion of the Employer. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing and for greater clarity and certainty, the Union specifically agrees that the Employer has the prevailing and overriding right when allocating vacation time to retain a workforce with the qualifications, skills and ability deemed necessary by the Employer to perform the available and projected work, subject to its sole discretion.
Subject to operational requirements. The number of Regular Employees, if any, within each job classification who can take vacation at any given time in each calendar year shall be subject to the operational requirements of the Employer.
Subject to operational requirements. (a) an employee may take off one full day or two half days in a settlement period of two weeks.
Subject to operational requirements a leave of absence without pay shall be granted to employees who are elected or appointed [not to exceed five (5) in number] to attend Union meetings, conferences or training sessions. The period of leave shall not exceed ten (10) work days. All requests for leave under this provision must be submitted in writing no less than fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the date the leave is to commence. To facilitate the administration of this clause, the Employer will grant the employees a leave of absence with pay and invoice the Union for the employees’ wages.
Subject to operational requirements the Employer may schedule the Saturday prior to the commencement of an employee’s vacation period as the employee’s Saturday off in that four (4) week operating period.
Subject to operational requirements the Employer shall offer a schedule of permanent days or nights where possible.
