Fitness Membership. The COUNTY shall establish an organizational membership at a local health club / gym so that employees may choose to work out on their personal time in order to maintain or improve their physical fitness. Should the service provider go out of the business or change ownership the COUNTY and the UNION agree to reopen the bargaining for this benefit.
Fitness Membership. Members will receive $200.00 per fiscal year for fitness costs, health club membership, weight loss program or for individual or family member counseling co-payment costs; or for other benefits at their discretion.

For employees who report to work within a twelve (12)-mile radius of 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx, OR (Delta Campus) or who otherwise choose to use this option, COUNTY will establish an organizational membership at a local health club/gym so that employees may work out on their personal time in order to maintain or improve their physical fitness. Should the current service provider go out of business, COUNTY and UNION agree to reopen bargaining for this benefit. For employees who report to work more than twelve (12) miles from Delta Campus and who choose to establish a personal membership at a more convenient health club/gym, COUNTY will reimburse nineteen dollars ($19) per month of an employee’s receipted payment of the individual monthly membership fee.
Fitness Membership. This initiative is designed to promote regular physical fitness activity. AMEC NSS will reimburse employees up to $156.00 per calendar year on a prorated basis for fitness club membership. Claims are to be submitted in December of each year for that calendar year’s expense. All claims must be accompanied by receipts and subject to management’s approval.
Fitness Membership. All classified employees shall be eligible to participate in the GAPS group rate (if applicable) for regional fitness centers. Said employees shall be eligible for payroll deduction (when available) for these fees if the employee chooses the payroll deduction option.
Fitness Membership. The Employer will pay eighteen dollars ($18.00) a month toward a membership to any fitness center provided that the employee must have used the facilities at least six (6) times during the month for which reimbursement is sought.
