Health Club Membership. During the Term, the Company shall pay the costs of one health club membership for the Executive.
Health Club Membership. The City shall contribute Twenty Five Dollars ($25) per month to represented employees who are members of a health club. The reimbursements may be paid quarterly in the same fiscal year that the expenses were incurred. This does not cover initiation fees. This reimbursement is contingent upon submission of a receipt to the City, by the employee, for payment of the quarterly dues.
Health Club Membership. During the term of Employee’s employment hereunder, the Company will continue to provide Employee health club membership benefits consistent with the Company’s existing policy.
Health Club Membership. Payment in full of membership fees and dues in a lunch or health club of the Employee’s choice, in the area of his employment together with payment or reimbursement of all charges incurred at such club relating to entertainment of business guests.

Health Club Membership. NVI shall provide Executive with a family ----------------------- health club membership in a health club selected by Executive, the monthly dues for such membership shall not exceed $500.00.
Health Club Membership. The Company will reimburse the Executive for the reasonable dues and expenses of maintaining his health club membership, not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per month (Executive shall not be entitled to any tax gross-up for this health club benefit).
Health Club Membership. The City shall agree to provide a Health Club Membership benefit, applicable only at the Centre of Elgin, for all covered Bargaining Unit Employees. The value of such membership shall be equal in amount to what is currently defined as the Silver Membership level. Should the City, during the term of this agreement, increase the cost of such Silver Membership, or its equivalent, the amount of benefit per covered Bargaining Unit member shall increase accordingly.
Health Club Membership. Employer shall pay for or reimburse Employee for a family membership at a health and fitness club of Employee's choosing, provided that the total cost of the membership does not exceed $75 per month.
Health Club Membership. The City provides LLU Drayson Center memberships so that on- duty personnel may utilize the Center.
