Fitness. The Contractor warrants that any material supplied to the State shall fully conform to all requirements of the Contract and all representations of the Contractor, and shall be fit for all purposes and uses required by the Contract.
Fitness. I represent and warrant that I have sufficient experience with mountain biking, and that I have a sufficient level of fitness and health to participate in the Events. I confirm I am aware that other groups offer less grueling, challenging and risky recreational-activities, than does NICA.

Subsequent to the Commencement Date, Resident shall submit to periodic (post-appointment) health examinations and supplementary tests, which may include tests for drug use or abuse and/or alcohol use or abuse, as are deemed necessary by UCMC to ensure that Resident is physically, mentally, and emotionally capable of performing essential duties and/or other duties necessary to the operation of the Residency Program. Resident agrees to comply with UCMC’s requirements concerning Resident’s health status during the term of the GME Contract, as these requirements may be changed by UCMC from time to time.
Fitness. You agree that You are of sound mind and not currently under any psychiatric care, under which You have been advised against participating in a Program of this kind. You also agree that You are not taking over- the-counter medication or substances that alter mental capacity. If You are using a prescribed anti-depressant or prescribed stimulant, You agree that You are participating in the Programs under Your own free will. You further agree not to discontinue care or prescribed medications until approved by Your health care provider.
Fitness. Do everything reasonably necessary to attain and maintain a level of health and physical fitness so as to comply with the provisions of this Agreement to enable the Athlete to fulfil requirements of the Program.
Fitness. I represent and warrant that I have sufficient experience with mountain biking, and that I have a sufficient level of fitness and health to participate in the Events, and that I have no health condition or physical condition that would endanger others. I confirm that I am aware that other groups offers recreational activities that are not as physically demanding and challenging as the Events that the Utah League offers.
Fitness. The Contractor warrants that any material or service supplied to the School District shall fully conform to all requirements of the Solicitation and all representations of the Contractor, and shall be fit for all purposes and uses required by the Contract.
Fitness. Xxxxxxxx Meadow Christian Camp (“GMCC” herein, and which shall include its parent organization, and the officers, agents, servants and employees of both) cannot make a determination of a Participant’s fitness to participate in activities; rather, the Participant represents to GMCC and verifies that he/she is physically and mentally fit and ready for these activities. It is the Participant’s duty to discuss all medical conditions and/or physical activity concerns with a GMCC Staff member prior to participation in all activities. All information given will be held in confidence to the extent practicable.

Fitness. A. Consistent with the emphasis upon physical fitness, use of tobacco shall be prohibited within all Department vehicles and on all City property, except that tobacco use, including smoking, shall be permitted at designated outdoor locations at each fire station and at other outdoor locations designated by the Fire Chief, not to be within 20 feet of any entranceway. A fire fighter shall not smoke on duty when interacting with the public or at a rescue or fire scene, except when a fire fighter is at a fire scene for four (4) hours or more. Further, the chewing of tobacco may occur inside the firehouse subject to rules promulgated by the Chief.
