EXPIRATION/RENEWAL. The Card is valid up to the last day of the month/year indicated on the Card. A renewal Card shall be sent by the Bank before the expiry of the Card at the discretion of the Bank. The Bank reserves the sole right of renewing the Card account on expiry. The Card Holder is responsible for destroying the expired Card. Unless we are notified in writing otherwise, re-issued cards will be sent to your last known address according to the records of the Bank.
EXPIRATION/RENEWAL. This Agreement is for a term of one (1) year beginning on the effective date of this Agreement, which shall be the date reflected on the written notice to proceed, and may be renewed twice, only if mutually agreed to in writing by the DEPARTMENT and the LOCAL GOVERNMENT. Any such renewal shall be subject to the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, and shall be contingent upon both satisfactory LOCAL GOVERNMENT performance evaluations by the DEPARTMENT and the availability of funds. This Agreement may be extended if mutually agreed in writing by both parties, for a period not to exceed six (6) months and shall be subject to the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. There shall be only one (1) extension of this Agreement.
EXPIRATION/RENEWAL. A. Upon expiration of a Schedule or Schedules, the Customer shall return to MTI all Equipment and software in the same condition as when delivered to the Customer (reasonable wear and tear expected). Customer shall promptly pay to MTI removal and other charges associated with the return of the Equipment and software to MTI.
EXPIRATION/RENEWAL. This Agreement shall have an initial term of 20 years commencing on the date hereof and expiring on the 20th anniversary thereof (the "Initial Term"). On or before the expiration of the Initial Term, Customer and Supplier shall negotiate in good faith to renew this Agreement, and any such renewal period that is agreed to shall constitute the "Renewal Term". For the purposes of this Agreement, the term "Expiration Date" shall refer to (a) the last day of the Initial Term if the term of this Agreement is not timely renewed, or (b) the last day of the Renewal Term in the event that the parties hereto renew the Initial Term of this Agreement.
EXPIRATION/RENEWAL. This Agreement is in full force and effect from 10th. until expiry on December thereafter from year to until terminated or amended by either party as hereinafter provided. Within ninety (90) days prior to the expiration of any subsequent anniversary date, either party may notify the other party, in writing, by registered mail of his desire to negotiate amendments and an itemized statement of the desired changes be submitted at the time of giving notice. Negotiations must commence not later than thirty (30) days after the notice of such changes has been received or another date mutually agreeable. During negotiations the terms of this contract will remain in full force and effect.
EXPIRATION/RENEWAL. The Gandi SSL Certificate is issued for a specific duration. It expires at the end of the period for which it has been subscribed to, which varies depending on the plan chosen, and in the event that it was not renewed within the specified deadlines. You may nonetheless renew Your Certificate via Our website: • under the condition that We have validated the full corresponding payment, and • if necessary, the providing of all the required proofs of ID and • in any case, within the 60-day period preceding the Certificate's expiration date. The renewal procedures for Gandi SSL Certificates are explained on Our website and in the Gandi CA CPS (xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/ssl/documentation). We recommend that You take into account the eventual delays that are inherent in the processing of Your payment, and thus choose the means of payment that would allow Us to process Your payment within the necessary time frame (notably, the time needed to send and process payments by check, which must also mention the references of the Contract, in order to allow its processing). On the other hand, a Certificate that has been revoked cannot be renewed. You would need to request the creation of a new Certificate.
EXPIRATION/RENEWAL. Except as provided below, this Agreement shall be in full force and effect as of the 25th day of October, 1964 until the 30th day of September, 1968, and shall be automatically renewed each year thereafter upon each anniversary of said date, unless written notice to the contrary be given to either party by the other on or before sixty (60) days prior to the expiration date: provided, however, that any agree ment which may be reached by the parties hereto on the termination of this Agreement if terminated September 30, 1968, shall become effective October 1, 1968.
