Extension of this Agreement. 5.1 The Department may, at its sole option, offer the Provider an extension of the Initial Agreement Term for one or more periods up to an additional maximum of 10 years by giving Notice to the Provider not less than 60 Business Days prior to the end of the then current Agreement Term.
Extension of this Agreement. 3.7.1 This Licence Agreement will commence on the date as set out on page 1, and unless agreed in writing will end automatically on the date as set out on page 1. Agreement to extend your stay beyond the date set out on page 1 will be subject to: • A request to do so being made to the Home Manger in advance of the end date, • Charges for the extended period being paid in full before the start of the extended period, • Confirmation in writing being given by the Organisation as to the period of extension and the rate, per night, to be charged.

If no Operative Date shall have occurred on or before the 365th calendar day preceding the date on which the Term is then scheduled to expire, then the Term shall automatically be extended for one year unless either party shall have given the other party written notice of its election not to extend the Term; provided, that an election by the Company not to extend the Term shall be void ab initio if, at the time of such election, the Company is a party to an agreement providing for a transaction or transactions that, if consummated, would constitute a Change in Control.

Failing Agreement by February 1, 2024 on a new or amended Agreement, this Agreement and all its terms will continue in force until a new Agreement is executed, or until the right to strike or lockout accrues, whichever comes first. Appendix A: JOB DESCRIPTIONS CAMPUS GROUPS FINANCIAL COORDINATOR The Campus Groups Financial Coordinator coordinates the operations of Ryerson Students’ Union’s (RSU) course unions, Affiliate Groups, student groups, and other campus groups overseeing their budgets, facilitating group organizing and event planning.
Extension of this Agreement. The Expiration Date may be extended by one (1) year by the Lender’s one (1) month prior written notice to the Borrower before the Expiration Date then prevailing.
