COVERED CLASSIFICATIONS. All employees shall be subject to post-Accident testing under this Agreement. All employees who perform Safety-Sensitive Functions, as defined in this Policy, shall be subject to reasonable suspicion testing.
COVERED CLASSIFICATIONS. All the employees in the classifications listed in Article I.A of the Memorandum of Understanding shall be subject to Reasonable Suspicion and Post-Accident testing under this Policy. Employees in classifications covered under the Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations shall be excluded under this Policy.
