Dissemination and Implementation. The purpose of the Dissemination and Implementation Award is to enhance the dissemination and implementation of research findings resulting from patient-centered outcomes research and comparative clinical effectiveness research funded by PCORI. As a result, Recipient is encouraged to disseminate the findings from the Research Project(s) and Project, including the Work Products, through multiple channels to result in access for the interested field and public, subject to applicable laws and legal obligations.

Dissemination and Implementation. 7.1. This document replaces the previous policy for monitoring the supervision of carers in a hospital setting. The policy will be disseminated through the Safeguarding Children Operational Group, the Safeguarding Children Link Group and through RCHT notification processes.
Dissemination and Implementation. The CSA/Principal shall take all necessary steps to publicize this policy and may include these rules in school handbooks and/or on the school website. Parents/Guardians and students shall be notified annually of the attendance policy. The CSA/Principal shall ensure that the rules for this policy are applied consistently and uniformly, and that all disciplinary sanctions are carried out with necessary due process. The board shall review the attendance policy on a regular basis.

The Clinical Information Systems Governance Manager is responsible for holding and maintaining a master file containing a register and a signed copy of the policy and corresponding Equality Impact Assessment. The Clinical Information Systems Governance Manager will ensure that old versions of the policy are archived in the archive master file. Access to archived documents will be through the Clinical Information Systems Governance Manager The Clinical Information Systems Governance Manager will issue the policy numbers and maintain an index that will include the document’s title, policy number and version, owner, issue date and next review date. The approvals are indicated by the front sheet of the document as is the version control. Following approval and ratification by the above group, this policy is being rolled out across the Trust. Publication of this policy has been publicised in Xxxxx Xxxxx, the Trust’s weekly staff news briefing. All Directorate Managers will have had the policy sent to them and it is available electronically on the Trust Document Network Share Folder.
Dissemination and Implementation. Following approval and ratification, this policy will be published in the Trust’s formal documents library and all staff will be notified through the Trust’s normal notification process, currently the ‘Xxxxx Xxxxx’ electronic newsletter. Document control arrangements will be in accordance with The Development and Management of Trust Wide Documents. The document author(s) will be responsible for agreeing the training requirements associated with the newly ratified document with the named Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx and for working with the Trust’s training function, if required, to arrange for the required training to be delivered.
Dissemination and Implementation. The policy is approved by the Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust Workforce and OD Committee and is accepted as a Trust wide policy. This policy will be disseminated immediately throughout the Trust following adoption. If the publishing Party does not receive a written objection from the reviewing Party within [30]/[45]/[60]/[90]/[120] days of submission of notification of publication then permission to publish will be deemed to have been given. The Dissemination and Implementation should not exceed a total period of one hundred twenty (120) days to be postponed, counting from the planned date of Dissemination and Implementation, this excludes Confidential Information (see clause15).

Example A Party wishing to publish in written form, oral presentation or make public in any other form, information relating to the Background IPR, Results or any other information regarding the Project –confidential or not- will submit in writing to the Project Leader the intended publication 45 days before the intended publication date or before the date of submission for disclosure to review the publication. The intended publication will clearly state the intended publication date. The Project Leader will promptly make the intended publication available to the other Parties. The intended publication is Confidential Information and as such protected in the manner this agreement provides for. The Parties will have 45 days to review the intended publication. The Parties can, by giving formal notice to the Project Leader, raise an objection with regard to the inclusion of their Confidential Information or may request a delay for a maximum of 120 days after receipt of the formal notice by the Project Leader, in order to seek patent or similar protection for the Results that are proposed to be published. The publishing Party will remove any Confidential Information.
