Information and Data. 21.1 At all times during the subsistence of this Agreement the duly authorized representatives of each Participant shall, at its and their sole risk and expense and at reasonable intervals and times, have access to the Property and to all technical records and other factual engineering data and information relating to the Property which is in the possession of the Operator.
Information and Data. §17.1 The State shall make available to UUP, upon its reasonable request and within a reason- able time thereafter, such statistics and financial information related to the collective negotiat- ing unit and in the possession of the State as are necessary for the preparation for collective negotiations and the processing of grievances. It is understood that this shall not be construed to require the State to compile information and statistics in any specific form unless mutually agreeable.

The Supervisory Title List shall be edited to include those titles in use at the time of the execution of the Agreement. The University shall continue to provide the Union with revisions of University and Human Resource Policies in a timely manner. The Union will be placed on an e-mail list to receive all notices of changes in University policies and the changes in the policies. The University will provide the Union with the following information for persons hired into bargaining unit titles and scheduled to attend Orientation: name, ID, title, department, union, location, supervisor, job grade. The University shall maintain a listing of bargaining unit employees who have separated from the University in the Union Data Library, and this list shall be updated monthly. This list will include: name, university ID, campus, title, hire date, separation date, unit/school, and salary table.
Information and Data. 16.1 At all times during the subsistence of this Agreement the duly authorized representatives of each party shall have access to the Property and the Project at its and their sole risk and expense and at reasonable intervals and times, and shall further have access at all reasonable time to all technical records and other factual engineering data and information relating to the Property and the Project in the possession of the Management Committee or the Operator. In exercising the right of access to the Property or the Project the representatives of a party shall abide by the rules and regulations laid down by the Management Committee and by the Operator relating to matters of safety and efficiency. If any representative of a party is not an employee, the party shall so advise the Operator so that the Operator may require the representative, before giving him access to the Property or the Project or to data or information relating thereto, to sign and undertaking in favour of the Joint Venture, in form and substance satisfactory to the Operator, to maintain confidentiality to the same extent as each party is required to do under Section 16.2 hereof.

Information and Data. All (a) abstracts, title opinions, title reports, title policies, lease and land files, surveys, analyses, compilations, correspondence, filings with regulatory agencies, tax returns, financial compilations, and other documents and instruments that in any manner relate to the properties described in Sections 1.1 through 1.5, inclusive; (b) magnetic tapes or reproducible copies of computer software and computer databases that are owned by or licensed to Sellers that in any manner relate to the properties described in Sections 1.1 through 1.5, inclusive; (c) geological, engineering, exploration, production and other technical data, magnetic field recordings, digital processing tapes, field prints, summaries, reports, maps, interpretations, studies and other analyses, whether written or in electronically reproducible form, that are in the possession of Sellers and in any manner relate to the properties described in Section 1.1; and (d) all other books, records, files and magnetic tapes containing financial, title or other information that are in the possession of Sellers and in any manner relate to the properties described in Sections 1.1 through 1.5, inclusive (the "Data").
