Information and Data. 21.1 At all times during the subsistence of this Agreement the duly authorized representatives of each Participant shall, at its and their sole risk and expense and at reasonable intervals and times, have access to the Property and to all technical records and other factual engineering data and information relating to the Property which is in the possession of the Operator.
Information and Data. Upon request of the Union, the Employer agrees to furnish the Union with the following information: budgets for the Board of Regents; budgets for each College; public information used in the preparation of budgets as provided by law such as salaries; minutes of meetings of the Board; policies of the Board of Regents which apply to faculty members. Voluminous information shall be made available for inspection or will be provided at reproduction cost.
Information and Data. 5.1 The University, through the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Faculty and Staff Relations, shall make available to the PSC, upon its reasonable request and within a reasonable time thereafter, such statistics and financial information related to the collective negotiation unit and in possession of the University as are necessary for the implementation of this Agreement and for negotiation of a successor agreement. It is understood that this provision shall not be construed to require the University to compile information and statistics in the form requested if not already compiled in that form, unless mutually agreeable.
Information and Data. §17.1 The State shall make available to UUP, upon its reasonable request and within a reasonable time thereafter, such statistics and financial information related to the collective negotiating unit and in the possession of the State as are necessary for the preparation for collective negotiations and the processing of grievances. It is understood that this shall not be construed to require the State to compile information and statistics in any specific form unless mutually agreeable.
Information and Data. Subject to the terms of this agreement, the SJVIA will provide, or authorize the vendors of its Insurance Programs to provide, the Consultant with data and information that is necessary to the Consultant’s provision of services under this agreement.
Information and Data. The Parties shall comply with their statutory duty to furnish information necessary for collective bargaining, including data and financial information relevant to negotiating or enforcing the collective bargaining agreement. Voluminous information shall be made available for inspection where it is normally kept or, upon request, shall be provided to the other party at cost. By October 1, the Employer will provide the AFMSU a list of non-tenure-track faculty members in the collective bargaining unit. The parties understand that the data has not been checked for accuracy and may not be the final roster of non-tenure-track faculty members in the unit. The report will typically identify faculty members by name, rank, department, and salary. Upon request, the Administration shall provide supplemental information regarding tenure status (e.g., tenured or tenure-track) and FTE (full-time-equivalent) status.
Information and Data. The Trade Ally will maintain any customer information including name, account numbers, electric & natural gas consumption data and electric & natural gas energy savings it obtains in performing work for customers under the Program (the “Confidential Information”) in strict confidence. This means that the Trade Ally will treat and cause to be treated as confidential and proprietary all Confidential Information in its possession. In furtherance thereof, the Trade Ally will: (a) take commercially reasonable steps consistent with industry practices and the Trade Ally’s published privacy policies to prevent the disclosure of Confidential Information except as permitted by herein or otherwise agreed to in writing by the customer; (2) use or process Confidential Information only in connection with the performance of the work for the customer under the Program; (3) make copies of any Confidential Information only as necessary for the performance of such work; (4) disclose Confidential Information only to personnel of the Trade Ally who have a need to know the Confidential Information in connection with the performance or use of such work; and (5) destroy the Confidential Information promptly following the request of TRC or ACE, and in any event upon completion of all the Trade Ally’s obligations under the Program. Participants in the program must comply with the terms and conditions regarding data security set by ACE within Attachment A.
Information and Data. The Consultant shall request in writing any information and data it will require from the Agency for its work. The Consultant shall identify the timing and priority for which this information and data will be required in its Task Order proposal. The Consultant and Agency shall reach agreement as to the availability and delivery time for this information and data prior to finalizing the Plan.

In exercising the right of access to the Property or the Project the representatives of a party shall abide by the rules and regulations laid down by the Management Committee and by the Operator relating to matters of safety and efficiency. If any representative of a party is not an employee, the party shall so advise the Operator so that the Operator may require the representative, before giving him access to the Property or the Project or to data or information relating thereto, to sign and undertaking in favour of the Joint Venture, in form and substance satisfactory to the Operator, to maintain confidentiality to the same extent as each party is required to do under Section 16.2 hereof.
